What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in the user's browser to remember information from one page to another or between visits. There are similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, to which this Policy also applies.
Technical or necessary cookies
These are essential for the site to work and do not require consent.
oldpik_session
Keeps the user's session while browsing. Duration: 2 hours from the last activity.
XSRF-TOKEN
Protects forms against cross-site request forgery attacks. Duration: 2 hours.
remember_web_*
Keeps the user signed in when they tick the "remember me" option. Duration: up to 400 days.
locale
Remembers the language chosen by the user. Duration: up to 400 days.
cookie_consent
Stores the user's decision on the use of cookies. Duration: 24 months.
oldpik_nearby_granted (local storage)
Remembers that the user has authorised the use of their location to show nearby photographs. The location is not stored.
Analytics cookies
OLDPIK uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used. These cookies are only set if the user accepts them in the cookie notice.
_ga, _ga_*
Provider: Google. They distinguish users pseudonymously and keep the state of the analytics session. Duration: up to 2 years.
OLDPIK does not use advertising or profiling cookies. Storage for advertising purposes remains disabled in the Google Analytics configuration.
Third-party services
Some features are provided through third-party services that may use their own cookies or receive technical data from the browser:
Google reCAPTCHA
Loaded on the sign-in and registration pages to prevent automated registrations. It may use Google's own cookies, such as _GRECAPTCHA.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Loaded on the contact form to prevent automated submissions.
Sign-in with Google, Facebook or X
If the user chooses one of these methods, they are redirected to the corresponding provider, which applies its own cookie policy.
OpenStreetMap, cdnjs, jsDelivr and Bunny Fonts
They provide the maps, technical libraries and fonts. They receive the browser's IP address when those resources are loaded.
OLDPIK does not control these third-party cookies; they are governed by the policies of each provider.
How to accept, reject or change your decision
On the first visit a notice is shown that allows analytics cookies to be accepted or rejected, with both options at the same level. Until the user accepts, those cookies are not set.
The decision can be changed at any time. Pressing the following button deletes the stored decision and shows the notice again:
Users can also delete or block cookies from their browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may prevent signing in or the site from working correctly.
Personal data
The processing of personal data obtained through cookies is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Changes to this Policy
OLDPIK may modify this Policy when the cookies used or the applicable regulations change. The applicable version will be the one published on the website at any given time, with an indication of the date on which it was last updated.
