1927

Members of the Chehalis 4-H Club pose in 1927 with a Jitney, a Model T Ford "cut down" and used to move lumber in the mills. From left are Margaret Staeger, leader; Verna Hamilton, driving the truck; Loren Young and Helen Campbell. The photo was taken at the Brown's Mill at the foot of Coal Creek during a time when the girls were taking part in the first Chehalis lumber exhibit.
