The Sukharev Tower

1920

The Sukharev Tower stood in Moscow at the very intersection of the Garden Ring, Sretenka and 1st Meshchanskaya Street (now Mira Avenue). Photo 1920. On April 13, 1934, the demolition of this Moscow beauty began.
