Wisconsin photographer Charles J. Van Schaick's portrait of a woman with a horse and wagon, around the 1890s. Van Schaick was Black River Falls' long standing photographer for around 50-he opened a studio in the 1880s. This original glass negative is courtesy of he Wisconsin Historical Society.
