Future President USA Theodore Roosevelt at age 11
Theodore Roosevelt, age 11, while visiting Paris, where this photo was taken in 1870. While in Paris, young Theodore suffered an attack of asthma. This childhood illness kept him from strenuous exercise. Later he would "make his body" and become strong.
