Boggs Mill,
This image is of the Boggs Mill, an old-time water-powered grist mill located in the Mountain State. It once took power directly from Birch River and served the community of Boggs in scenic Webster County. The old mill was located at a natural waterfall (now called the McCoy/Boggs Falls), and its overshot wheel was turned by water fed to it through a flume. This photo was taken by Shirley Morton in the late-1920s.
