Marash
Marash 1901
A city in Mountainous Cilicia, about 60 km north of Adana, on the slopes of Taurus. was once one of the most important and wealthy cities of Cilicia. The name Marash has been known since ancient times. Ptolemy remembers it in the form of Maras.
