The Great Stone Bridge

The Great Stone Bridge, 1931.

The bridge had three spans, and the main arch was 105 meters long. The coastal spans were covered with gray granite, which gave them the appearance of heavy stone vaults. The bridge was able to ensure the passage of Volga ships through the Moscow River.
