Monastery of Saint Bartholomew, 1913

Dher. At the top of a hill on the right bank of the Great Zab River in the Waspur province of Mets Hayk.
According to tradition, it was founded in the 1st century by King Sanatruk on the tomb of the Apostle Bartholomew, after being cured of a plague with the water of Katnaghbyur near him. The monastery has been mentioned since the 13th century.
In 1905, the monastery was robbed, in 1966 the dome and the dome of the dome of the church were destroyed by the earthquake, and the porch skyscraper was destroyed.
