College of American Girls in Adana.
Adana 1903

It was a prominent secondary school in Adana from 1880 to 1927. It was founded in 1880 by American missionaries.
The American College of Adana was one of many missionary schools founded in the late 19th century in the Ottoman Empire and attended mainly by students from the citys Armenian community.
The American High School was closed by the Turkish government in 1927, and the school building has been used as a state high school ever since.
