Einstein and students
In 1946, Albert Einstein came to Lincoln University in Pennsylvania to give a lecture at the first U.S. institution to offer higher education diplomas to black students.
Before the lecture, Einstein gave a speech in which he described racism as a “disease”. As a member of the Jewish community, Einstein was well acquainted with the terrible results of racist attitudes.
