Barton-Kennedy family

1885

This wagon is loaded with members of the Barton-Kennedy family in 1885. It was thought to be taken on the family's Kennedy Road property located between Salkum and Onalaska off U.S. Highway 12. Standing at the rear are Minnie Barton Frost and Susan Barton Kennedy. The two girls standing are Nellie Kennedy Fleming and Lottie Kennedy Wilson. The smaller of the girls is the mother of Betty Fleming Gaudreau. Seated is an unknown man identified only as "a friend" and Amelia Barton. The man standing by the wagon is Clarence Barton.
