On 24 August 1958, President Ho Chi Minh was watching a soccer game between Hai Phong team and Phnompenh team in Hang Day Stadium, Hanoi. There are also Prime Minister Pham Van Dong (first row, first right), Deputy Prime Minister Truong Chinh, who later became Party General-Secretary in 1986 (second row, second from left)
