Poet Robert Frost

In 1910, Robert Frost was still in the early stages of his poetic career. Born on March 26, 1874, in San Francisco, Frost had already faced numerous personal and professional challenges by this time. In 1910, he was living in Derry, New Hampshire, where he worked as a farmer and a teacher while continuing to write poetry.

Frost's life in New Hampshire greatly influenced his work, as he often drew inspiration from the rural landscapes and the people he encountered. Although he had not yet achieved widespread recognition, he was dedicated to honing his craft and developing his unique voice.

It wasn't until 1912 that Frost and his family moved to England, where he published his first two collections of poetry, "A Boy's Will" (1913) and "North of Boston" (1914). These works brought him critical acclaim and established him as a significant figure in American literature.
