Arshak Jamalyan (Isahakyan) 1882-1940

Socio-political, statesman. Member of the Armenian National Council, ARF.
During the First World War, he was one of the organizers of Armenian volunteer squads, and personally fought in the student volunteer squad.
In 1918, he was a member of the Transcaucasian Sejm.
1918 - Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Tiflis.
1919 - Member of the Parliament of Armenia, Emergency Commissioner for Armaments.
He died in Paris on December 27, 1940.
